Milena Vučić

Milena Vučić is a Montenegrin pop rock singer, born on 11 November 1986 in Titograd, today's Podgorica. She studied journalism, and she is best known for "Da l' ona zna", the song that won Sunčane skale in Herceg Novi.

She began her career in the girl band Negre, which sang "K'o nijedna druga" at Evropesma 2004 and received 46 points. Her solo career started in 2006 at Montevizija, Montenegro's selection for Eurovision, where she finished eighth with "Živa sam". "Da l' ona zna" then won Sunčane skale and became a big hit, and it gave its name to her first album, released in 2007 on City Records.

In 2007 the Montefon awards named her pop singer of the year, and "Luče" video of the year. "Luče" and "Indijana" are among her other best-known songs, and in 2008 she sang "Stereo veza (Like a Radio)" at the Radio Festival. When Nina Petković was on the talent show Operacija trijumf, the two sang "Da l' ona zna" together in the show's thirteenth gala. In 2015 she released a second record, Milena; her records have come out on City Records and Campus.

After some quieter years she returned to the festival stage. At Beogradsko proleće 2023 her song "Udostoji" won the expert jury's award for the best composition. At Montesong 2024, Montenegro's selection for Eurovision, she sang "Škorpija" and finished sixth, in a final that also included Kejt and was won by NeonoeN. At the Biser Jadrana festival in Tivat in 2026 she sang "Nedeljom" and received an award for her long contribution to music in the region.

She is married to the singer and producer Nikola Burovac. Her recent videos include "Udostoji" and the duet "Budi sa moje strane" with Peđa Jovanović, and the playlist here also holds songs such as "Samo moj", "Besmrtna", "Lagala sam" and "Još sam tvoja".
