These terms apply to everyone who uses Muzika-Balkan (www.muzika-balkan.com). By using the site you accept them. They are meant to be read, so if anything is unclear, ask us.

What Muzika-Balkan is

A free collection of YouTube music video playlists of singers and bands from the former Yugoslavia, with a short text about each. There are no accounts, no payments and nothing to sign up for.

The videos

The videos are not hosted here. They play in YouTube's own embedded player and belong to the artists, their record labels and whoever published them, and watching them is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. We choose the playlists, but we do not control what YouTube removes, blocks or adds to them.

Rights and removal

If you own the rights to a video and want it taken down, use YouTube's copyright tools; a video removed from YouTube disappears from Muzika-Balkan too. If you want an artist page, a photo or a text on Muzika-Balkan changed or removed, write to info [at] muzika-balkan.com and we will deal with it promptly.

Texts, photos and the name

The biographies are written for Muzika-Balkan from public sources. The artist photos remain the property of their owners. The name Muzika-Balkan and its logo belong to the site. You are welcome to link to any page; please do not copy the texts in bulk.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the facts right and the playlists playing, but the site is provided as it is, without any promise that it is complete, correct or always available. We are not responsible for the websites we link to, YouTube and Facebook included.

Advertising and privacy

The site is paid for by ads from Google. How the site and its partners handle information about you is explained in the privacy policy.

These terms may change as the site changes; the date below shows the current version.
