About Agrameri
Agrameri were a tamburica band from Zagreb, Croatia. Their name comes from Agram, the old German name for Zagreb: an Agramer is someone from the city, or someone with typical Zagreb ways. The first line-up brought together Miro Kozina, Oklahoma, Dalen Akšamović, Zaim Šehović, Denis Kumanović and Daba, and Dubravko Šimek later took Daba's place. That line-up lasted until about the time of the Homeland War, and their first album, Nek' Hrvatska vječno traje, came out on Croatia Records in 1991.
In the 1990s Dubravko Šimek put together a new Agrameri with Zdravko Miladin, Zoran Gojmerac, Goran Kršikapa and Miroslav Bezjak. Gojmerac left in 1992 and Tomislav Pantar came in; in 1993 Hrvoje Hampovčan replaced Kršikapa and Miroslav Dragičević also joined. Croatia Records released the albums Agrameri (1997) and Godine (1999). The band broke up in 1998 but got back together later that year without Šimek, with Damir Berglez in his place, and the album Kao nekad... followed on Dallas Records in 2000.
Agrameri became known for the hits "Ako ima Boga", "Ružo crvena", "Bože vrati je" and "Njoj, samo njoj", and for "Oka tvoja dva", their cover of a hit by Valentino. Other songs on this playlist include "Eh da mogu te zaboraviti", "Marina", "Kad jednom ostariš", "Katarina" and "Uzela mi ljubav". A compilation of their hits, Hitovi, was also released.
