About Bad Copy

Bad Copy is a hip-hop group from Belgrade, known for humorous lyrics full of street slang. Ajs Nigrutin (Vladan Aksentijević) and Miki Boj (Milan Šaponja) founded it as a duo in 1996, and that year they released the album Orbod mebej on ITMM. It got little media attention but built a cult following, especially the song "Zabaci domaćine".

Miki Boj died in 1999, and the group paused for a few years. It came back as a trio with Wikluh Sky (Đorđe Miljenović) and Timbe (Rašid Kurtanović). After leaving the Bassivity label at the end of 2002, they released Sve sami hedovi on One Records in 2003. It sold more than 5,000 copies, and the first single "Uno Due Tre" was a big if short-lived hit, followed by "Možeš ti to"; "Sarma spremna" became the highlight of their 2003 concert at SKC in Belgrade.

Najgori do sada came out on Prohibicija in December 2006, with guests including Škabo, Bvana, Edo Maajka and Gospodar Vremena, and the singles "Žoor" and "Idemo odma". Over the years they worked with Marčelo, Who See, Prti Bee Gee and Beogradski sindikat, among others.

A dispute between Ajs Nigrutin and Wikluh Sky split the group in 2008, but it reformed in 2012, went back on tour and in 2013 released the album Krigle, with videos for "Esi mi dobar" and "Ljubav ili pivo". Both rappers also have solo careers: Ajs Nigrutin with albums such as Kajmak i katran, Wikluh Sky with Zašto brate Vikler? and Ortaci ne znaju. A few of their videos are gathered here.
