About Ajs Nigrutin
Ajs Nigrutin is the stage name of Vladan Aksentijević, a Serbian rapper and actor born on 12 August 1977 in Belgrade. He grew up in the Belgrade neighbourhood of Kotež, where his childhood friend was Rašid Kurtanović, later known as Timbe. As teenagers they rapped over instrumental records on a turntable his father brought home and made their first amateur recordings in the mid-1990s.
In 1996 he founded the hip-hop group Bad Copy with Milan Šaponja, Miki Boj, and the duo released Orbod mebej that year. After Šaponja's death in 1999 he was joined by Timbe and Wikluh Sky, and the trio made Sve sami hedovi (2003), Najgori do sada (2006) and, after a reunion, Krigle (2013), known for their humorous and satirical rap.
His first solo album, Nigrutinski rečeno, came out in 2002. For about three and a half years he worked as a technician at Radio SKC in Belgrade and used its equipment after hours to record his early songs. Štrokavi pazuh followed in 2005 and Kajmak i katran in 2008, sold through newspaper kiosks and promoted with the video for "Papučar Dži". With Timbe he released the compilation Sve same barabe as 43zla, with Bvana the album Fujznem Džigili (2009), and with Wikluh Sky, as Mononukleozni rođaci, Priče iz hibernacije (2011). In 2010 he guested on Gru's "I dalje me žele".
His fourth album, Akupunktura govneta, came out in 2015 with twenty tracks and guests such as Wikluh Sky, Mikri Maus and Eufrat, and was first released on Bad Copy's YouTube channel. Kad goveda utihnu with Smoke Mardeljano followed in 2022, and Ti si Ajs Nigrutin in December 2024, including "Marčelo me traži" with Marčelo. Critics describe his style as absurd stories, self-parody, bent grammar and often explicit humour.
The playlist plays Akupunktura govneta, with the videos for "Rođeni u getu" and "Naišli panduri".
