About Miligram
Miligram is a pop band from Belgrade, founded in 2004 by the composer and producer Aleksandar Milić Mili, after whom it is named. Mili, born on 28 January 1969 in Osijek, wrote his first hit at nineteen, "Ja ne pijem", sung by Hari Varešanović and Haris Džinović, and in 1996 composed, arranged and produced a whole album for Ceca; he has also worked with Lepa Brena and Ana Nikolić. On 6 April 2004 he founded the label Miligram Music in Belgrade, and Discogs describes the band as the label's house band.
The first line-up was Mili on vocals and guitar, Alen Ademović on vocals, Slobodan Vasić on bass, Srećko Mitrović on keyboards, Neša Bojković on guitar and Mića Kovačević on drums. Ademović first made his name in Goran Bregović's Weddings and Funerals Orchestra, and plays twelve instruments. The debut album Miligram came out in 2009, with "Libero", "Kruška" and "21. vijek", and Miligram 2 followed in 2012 with "Sviraj brate" and "Beograd noću".
The third album, Ludi petak, was released by City Records on 23 December 2013 and brought the band's best-known songs: "Vrati mi se nesrećo", whose video came out on 29 December 2013, "Sve mi se menja" and "Mene ništa ne vadi". To promote it Miligram set off on a tour that opened at the Mejdan arena in Tuzla on 12 April 2014 and reached Belgrade's Kombank Arena on 29 November 2014. The fourth album, Magnetic, followed in 2015.
In May 2019 Ademović, Vasić, Mitrović and Bojković left the band. Since then Mili has been joined by singer Adi Šoše, DJ Marko Prodanović Dee Marcus, drummer Arion Petrovski and guitarist Danilo Orbović. The singles of those years, "Ja sto posto" (2016), "Pogrešna noć" and "Amanet" (2017), "Vampir", "Od leta do leta" with Severina and "Marihuana" with Jelena Karleuša and Surreal (2018), and "Plaćam parama" and "Karotida" (2019), were collected on the album Crna kutija in 2022. In 2025 the band released "Sejda" with Halid Bešlić.
