About Who See
Who See is a Montenegrin hip-hop duo from Kotor, formed in the early 2000s and active since 2002. Dejan Dedović, known as Dedduh, comes from Kotor and Mario Đorđević, known as Noyz, from Herceg Novi. They call themselves a klapa, and Dedović once described them as the only klapa from Boka. Their first demo was "Dim po dim".
They grew up on Croatian bands and on Serbia's Bad Copy, and they have said they never had sponsors or managers telling them what to do: for years they paid for their own tours abroad before the music began to pay its way. Their debut album, Sviranje kupcu, came out in 2007 with guests including Bad Copy, Škabo, Hornsman Coyote and Rhino, and in August 2008 they opened the hip-hop programme of the Refresh Festival in Kotor.
The second album, Krš i drača, followed in 2012. That year the video for "Reggaeton Montenegro", made with Rhino and filmed in Havana, was shown among the top 100 videos on MTV, and Who See won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Adria Act.
On 20 December 2012 RTCG announced that they would represent Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2013. Their song "Igranka", written with the producer Wikluh Sky, featured the singer Nina Žižić; on stage the performers appeared as astronauts. In the first semi-final on 14 May 2013 it finished twelfth with 41 points: the viewers placed it fourth, the juries fourteenth, and it missed the final.
Nemam ti kad, with Sean Price on the title track, came out in 2014 and brought another MTV nomination, followed by Pamidore in 2017. Their song with Sergej Ćetković, "Pusti probleme", was named pop collaboration of the year at the 2020 Music Awards Ceremony. On their own label, Klapa Muzik, they released the album Kako jeste i kako je moglo on 16 October 2023, with Senidah on "Mediteran" and Edo Maajka on "Nema jačih". Among their best-known videos are "Đe se kupaš", "Dinamida" and "Sobe Zimmer Rooms".
