About Nina Žižić
Nina Žižić is a Montenegrin pop singer, born on 20 April 1985 in Nikšić. She has represented Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 2013 alongside the hip-hop duo Who See and in 2025 on her own.
She began in 2004 as a lead voice of the group Negre, which that year came third of 24 at Evropesma, the national final of Serbia and Montenegro, with "K'o nijedna druga". Her first solo single, "Rijeka suza", followed in 2006, the year she also entered Montevizija with "Potraži me". Over the next years she released a string of singles: "Strogo povjerljivo", "Druga u meni", "Sve što želim", "Ja te moliti neću", "Zabranjujem", "Odlazi" and "Sama kriva", and "Klik" with the rapper Wikluh Sky.
When RTCG chose Who See for Eurovision 2013, she was the surprise guest on their song "Igranka", written by Wikluh Sky with the duo's Dejan Dedović and Mario Đorđević. On stage the performers wore astronaut suits and she was lifted onto the stage just before the chorus in an outfit with cyborg touches. In the first semi-final on 14 May 2013 the song finished twelfth with 41 points; it was fourth with the viewers but fourteenth with the juries, and missed the final.
In 2016 she sang "Kiss you, goodbye" for the film Too Many Coincidences, and in 2021 she sat on the jury that chose Montenegro's entry for 2022. "Paranoičan" and "Common Dreams", a duet with Dolce Hera, came out in 2023.
At Montesong 2024 her song "Dobrodošli", by Boris Subotić, Darko Dimitrov and Violeta Mihajlovska Milić, came second behind Neonoen. When Neonoen withdrew, RTCG named her Montenegro's entry on 8 December 2024. She opened as the second act of the second semi-final on 15 May 2025 and did not reach the final. At home "Dobrodošli" won Hit of the Year at the 2025 Montefon Awards, and her cover of Doris Dragović's "Marija Magdalena" was nominated at the Eurovision Awards that year.
