About Tamara Živković
Tamara Živković is a Montenegrin singer and flautist, born on 5 June 2000 in Kotor, where she grew up and went to music school. She represented Montenegro at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 with the song "Nova zora".
Her career started early, at the children's festivals Naša radost and Zlatne pahulje, and she gave her first solo concert at the age of 14, combining flute playing with singing. In 2016 she took part in the Serbian competition Pinkove zvezdice, where she went out in the first round, and in 2019 she won the Glas Boke festival.
She continued her education in Belgrade, studying flute at the Faculty of Music, and has lived between Kotor and Belgrade since 2022. That year she reached the final of the fifteenth season of the Serbian talent show Zvezde Granda. At Beogradsko proleće 2024 she sang "Da li smeš?", and at Biser Jadrana 2025 "Konačno svoja".
Wider recognition came through Montesong, Montenegro's national selection for Eurovision. In 2024 she stepped in for Boban Rajović, who had withdrawn, and sang "Poguban let", finishing ninth with six points in the final won by NeonoeN.
A year later she returned with "Nova zora" and won Montesong 2025, first with the jury and second in the public vote, with 12 and 10 points respectively, which earned her the ticket to Vienna. As of 2025 she was a third-year student at the University of Arts in Belgrade. At Eurovision 2026 she sang in the first semi-final on 12 May but did not qualify for the grand final. "Nova zora" also exists in English, orchestral and German versions, and her official channel carries the video for "Prošla godina" (2025) and the visualizer for "Bez kontrole".
Tamara Živković has named Charli XCX, Lady Gaga, Rosalía and Tate McRae as her inspirations.
