About Koktel Bend
Koktel Bend is a pop group from Belgrade, formed in 1997. Its first album quickly made it one of the leading pop bands in the country, and over the years it has released twelve records and many music videos. Bojan Jeremić, a guitarist who had played on the Belgrade rock scene since 1980, led the band and stayed on as its producer and composer.
Singer Katarina Sotirović joined in 2000, and with her the band had its best-known hits, among them "Od sumraka do svitanja", "Snežna kraljica", "Minđuše" and "Pet para". In 2002 "Zločin" won the Banja Luka pop festival, and Koktel Bend became a regular at the big festivals of the time: Sunčane skale in Herceg Novi, Pesma Mediterana in Budva, Beovizija (with "Grmi, seva", "Minđuša" and "Vatrena") and the Radio Festival.
Katarina Sotirović left for a solo career in 2005, and later singers included Žana Prijić, who sang "Vatrena" at Beovizija 2006 and "Mrak pesma" at Sunčane skale. The band also played the Grand Festival with "Zavedi me" in 2012 and "Belo" in 2014, and won the arrangement award at Vrnjačka Banja in 2009 with "Vidi, mala". In 2018 Sotirović and Jeremić came together again as Koktel Balkan and sang "Zato" at Beovizija. Today the band is led by singer and guitarist Zoran Zlatanović. Its official videos are gathered here.
