About Hana Cakuli
Hana Cakuli is a pop singer from Montenegro who sings in Albanian. She was born on 26 May 1989 in Ulcinj and went to primary and secondary school there, which is why she is on Muzika-Balkan under Montenegro; the Albanian Wikipedia calls her an Albanian singer from Montenegro. Today she lives in Munich, Germany, as her own channel says.
At 18 she moved to Pristina to study, and she later studied management and public policy at the American University of Kosovo. She started young, singing at festivals in her home town and in Albania. In 2007 she took part in Kënga Magjike, the well-known Albanian song contest, with "U shërova", and in 2008 she came back to it with "Simbol", a ballad she wrote herself, as she has written most of her songs.
After Kënga Magjike she sang regularly at festivals in Albania and Kosovo. Her songs include "Dashuria e fatit tim" (2010), "Kopshti" with Kushtrin Hoxha and "Unë vendos" (2012), which was widely heard across the Albanian-speaking lands for a time. Besides music she had her own cooking show on the Kosovo channel KTV, with artists from the region as guests.
After "Përjetë" (2022) she returned in 2026 with "Mendoj të fluturoj" and "Ndal". The playlist gathers the videos from her own channel.
