Funky G

Funky G is a dance music group from Belgrade, founded in 1993 by Dragan "Gagi" Đogani and Anabela Bukva, who married in 1995. Gagi is the brother of Đole Đogani, frontman of the group Đogani, one of the families behind the Serbian dance scene of the 1990s.

The title song of their debut album Samo u snu (1994) became their first hit, and from then on the duo released an album almost every year: Mi smo tu (1995), Budi tu (1996), Hej, ti (1997), Supersonic (1998), Tebi (1999), Dođe mi da… (2000), Napraviću lom (2001) and Napravi se lud (2002). Later came Nedodirljiva (2005), Osmi smrtni greh (2007) and Kafana na Balkanu (2008). Along the way they recorded more than 30 high-budget music videos and played two big concerts at Sava Centar in Belgrade. Their records came out on labels such as PGP-RTS, City Records and Gold Music.

Anabela left the group after her divorce from Gagi in April 2009 and started a solo career. Marina Uzelac sang on the thirteenth album, Pali anđeo (2009), and stayed until 2011, when Ana Rich took her place until the end of 2012. In those years Funky G released singles such as "Arogantna kraljica", "Jača nego pre", "Godina zmaja" and "Puče puška".

In October 2018 Gagi and Anabela came together again for the single "Vila veštica". The group's official channel has since put their music videos online, among them "Kafana na Balkanu", "Pali anđeo", "U tvojim kolima" with Juice and "Ja imam nekog" with Deen. The playlist gathers those official videos.
