Buta

Buta is a Kosovar rapper, real name Betim Januzi, who lives in Ferizaj. He is known for his freestyle trap style and has been described by Top Channel as one of the most promising talents of Kosovo's trap scene.

He started writing lyrics at the age of twelve. In September 2010 he decided to be more than a hip-hop fan, and that month he released his first song, "Guillotine". In interviews he has said that he follows New School hip-hop and grew up with artists such as Lil Wayne and Future rather than the classic names of the genre.

Collaborations have marked his career. He appeared on "Pare" by Bim Bimma in 2017, and he has recorded "5 AM" and "Kujdes" with Era Istrefi, "Mesazh" with Kida, made in Paris, "Trust" with Lumi B, "Mirëmëngjes" with Gjiko, "I kom pa" with Noizy, and "Ekselencë" and "Eterike" with Rinesancë. With Singi he has made at least seven songs, among them "SMG", and he is one of the guests on Elinel's album Temeli.

His album Pranverë–Verë brought sixteen new songs, among them "24 h", "Si dje si sot", "Histori", "Vivaldi" and "Lilo & Stitch", touching on love and everyday life. Recent songs include "Broja", "8 Miliard", "Eklips" and "Cyborg Cyclops" with Ago.
