About Tomislav Bralić i klapa Intrade

Tomislav Bralić i klapa Intrade is a Dalmatian klapa from Zadar and one of the most popular vocal groups in Croatia. The klapa was founded in Zadar in 1985, took its name from Ljubo Stipišić's song collection "Intrade san popi", and is still based there. Its voice, Tomislav Bralić, was born on 10 December 1968 in Bibinje near Zadar and joined in 1986, so young that he needed his parents' permission; his baritone gave the klapa the sound it is known for to this day.

Bralić has also sung in the Zadar choir Petar Zoranić since 1985, and music teacher Davor Petrović has led the klapa as artistic director since 1988. In their early years they sang regularly at the Festival of Dalmatian Klapas in Omiš, where they won several awards, and performed the old polyphonic church singing of Zadar. Besides a cappella folk and klapa songs they sing Dalmatian chansons and, more and more, pop songs with a band at festivals. They have taken klapa singing across Europe, to Canada, the United States and Australia.

The prizes came steadily: first jury prize at Zadarfest 1993 for "Ritam Zadra", best debutant at Melodije hrvatskog Jadrana in 1994, the audience's first prize at Zadarfest 2002 for "Ispod tvoje boloture", and in 2007 the Porin for best klapa performance of folk music for "Moja jube". "Ne damo te pismo naša" was nominated for hit of the year in 2010, "Zora bila" was the most played song of the Šibenik chanson evenings of 2010, and "Zašto uvik pivan" won the Grand Prix of the Split festival in 2012, followed by second jury prizes there for "Cviće" in 2014 and "Sve dok bura dere" in 2015.

Bralić has sung solo since 1993, with the albums Lipa rič, Dalmacijo lipa, Karta ljubavi and Ne damo te pismo naša. The klapa's own albums include one with Oliver Dragojević (2004), Kameni grad, Zora bila, Sritan čovik, Cviće and Bilo je i vrime (2019), and their sold-out concert at Arena Zagreb in 2011 came out on a gold-selling CD and DVD. They have sung with Zorica Kondža, Lidija Bačić, Mladen Grdović and Tedi Spalato. In 2025 they marked forty years with concerts in Zadar's Forum, the Pula Arena and Arena Zagreb. The playlist is the album Bilo je i vrime.
