Refik Kolić

Refik Kolić is a folk and pop-folk singer, born on 8 November 1965 in Bijelo Polje. He lives and works in Sweden, and his records have appeared on the Renome label.

His recordings go back to the 1980s. In 1986 Sarajevo Disk released his cassette Sandžačke pjesme, also known as Zapjevajmo Sandžaklije, and in 1991 Veliston issued Pjesmom kroz Sandžak i Bosnu, with the song "Žute dunje". As those titles suggest, he sings the folk songs of the Sandžak and Bosnia, and his recordings include many old sevdalinke.

His best-known songs are "Dođi", "Kaja" and "Svadba bosanska". Many of his sevdalinke, among them "Kiša bi pala" and "Sa Igmana pogledati je lijepo", are gathered here in one playlist.
