Boban Zdravković

Boban Zdravković, born Slobodan Zdravković on 16 May 1962 in Niš, is a Serbian singer of folk, pop-folk and turbo-folk music.

He began his career in 1982 with the album Volite se i pevajte uz buzuki, which went largely unnoticed, and followed it with Daću, daću sve (1985). The breakthrough came with Klinka (1987), which opened with "Ne dolazi", the song also known as "Ne dolazi u moj san" and "Otišla si jednog dana". It became popular across the whole of the former Yugoslavia, and he sang it at the Poselo godine 202 festival in 1988 and again in 1995.

Through the late 1980s and the 1990s Zdravković was a regular at Poselo godine 202, singing "Praštam ti, dušo" and "Ptičica" in 1989, the year of his album Praštam ti dušo, "Sve ljubavi moje" in 1990, "Danju spavam, noću ludujem" in 1994 and "Ljubav za ljubav" in 1996. At MESAM in 1992 he sang "Ciganima srce daću". The album Pogledaj u nebo (1990) carried its title song and "Sve ljubavi moje", and it was followed by Napij se srce (1992), Nema veze (1993), Još me ima (1994), Ljubav za ljubav (1996) and Marakana (1997), whose title song is among his best-known hits.

His later albums were Niko nema dva života (1998), Šta godine nama znače (2000), S tobom hoću sve (2003), Bez milosti (2006), Moja slatka muko (2008) and Bitno je bitno (2012). From 2003 to 2007 he sang at the Moravski biseri festival, with "Tijana", "Ti si jedina", "Lepa žena" and "Poplava". He also appears as one of the main characters in Nenad Mitić's animated film Džet-set, and in a 2026 interview he recalled singing backing vocals on Jelena Karleuša's first album, Ogledalce, at the invitation of her mother, Divna Karleuša.

His other well-known songs include "Lagala me jedna Maja", "Pogledaj u nebo", "Daću, daću sve" and "Pojavi se duga". In a 2022 interview with Nova.rs he said: "It is a great compliment to me when people say I could live off my old fame."
