About Katarina Živković

Katarina Živković is a Serbian pop-folk singer from Leskovac, born there on 2 July 1989. She finished primary school and a medical secondary school in her home town; as a child she wanted to work in health care like her mother, and only later decided to become a singer. In her first year of secondary school she took up folk dancing, and at sixteen she sang at a wedding for the first time.

She first applied for the Grand Production talent show Zvezde Granda in 2005 but did not reach the final rounds. In 2007 she tried again and became one of the ten contestants who received their own song and a contract with Grand. Her song, "Kad te ne volim", was written by Bane Opačić, and she moved to Belgrade, combining her new career with school. In 2008 she released "Čuvaću tvoju sliku", and in 2009 a duet with Silvija Nedeljković, "Može crni, može plavi".

At the 2010 Grand Festival she sang the ballad "Ako se rastanemo jednom" by Saša Milošević Mare. The same year she won the third season of the reality show Farma. Singles such as "Ko me zna", "Ljubav" and "Da mi je" (2012) followed, together with a duet with Rade Davidović, "Slaži me još jednom", and "Devet meseci" at the 2012 Grand Festival.

Her debut album, Ludo srce, came out on Grand in 2013; its title song was recorded with DJ Buka and Sha. Duets and singles such as "Istina", "Džoker" and "Radi me bol" followed, and in 2017 she released her second album, Porok, also on Grand, with "Kajem se", "Gori sve" and the title song. Her third album, Kurtizana, came out in 2024 with videos for "Kurtizana", "Panika", "Moja pravila" and "XO XO". Her official videos are gathered here in one playlist.
