About Feminnem
Feminnem is a Croatian pop and dance girl group whose name is a feminine play on the rapper Eminem. The group was formed in 2004 by three young singers who had met on the Nova TV talent show Hrvatski Idol, where Neda Parmać finished third: Neda, Pamela Ramljak and Ivana Marić. The members write their own lyrics, and their debut hit was "Volim te, mrzim te".
Only a year later they were at the Eurovision Song Contest. On 6 March 2005 they won BH Eurosong in Sarajevo with "Zovi", written by Andrej Babić, and sang it in Kyiv in English as "Call Me" for Bosnia and Herzegovina, finishing 14th of 24 with 79 points. Their debut album, Feminnem Show, came out in December 2005, named after their show on BHT, and they toured with it.
Back in Croatia they tried for Eurovision again through Dora: "Navika" was ninth in 2007, and "Poljupci u boji" third in 2009, with the highest jury score. Between those, "Chanel 5" won the award for the most online votes at the Hrvatski radijski festival, and in 2009 they recorded "Oye, Oye, Oye" with the Spanish singer Alex Manga. Ivana Marić left at the end of 2007 to go solo, Nikol Bulat sang with the group from 2008 to the summer of 2009, and Nika Antolos then joined Pamela and Neda.
The new trio won Dora 2010 on 6 March with "Lako je sve", written by Branimir Mihaljević with Pamela Ramljak and Neda Parmać. At Eurovision in Oslo it was 13th of 17 in the second semi-final with 33 points, so they did not reach the final, but it meant Feminnem had now sung at Eurovision for two different countries. The album Lako je sve and its English twin Easy to See, with the Spanish song "Mil Amantes", followed the same year, and they also sang "Baš mi je dobro" at the CMC Festival in Vodice.
In February 2012, after eight years together, the three announced on Glazbeni Show that they were parting as friends to pursue solo careers. Ten years later, in May 2022, they announced their return; the idea had come up while recording a Christmas song, and "Zajedno" followed at once and was sung at the CMC Festival. In March 2023 they won the 70th Zagreb Festival with "Trending", recorded with Alejuandro Buendija, better known as Saša Antić of TBF.
In September 2025 Croatia Records released "Ljubav zna kako se mostovi grade", their sixth single since the reunion, written by Neda's father Zoran Parmać, which mixes tamburica with an oriental feel.
