Bore Balboa

Bore Balboa is a Croatian trap artist whose real name is Ivan Španja. He was born on 2 July 1993 in Düren, Germany, and grew up in Brodarica, a village by the sea near Šibenik, which is why he is filed under Croatia here: he was raised in Dalmatia and his whole career belongs to the Croatian scene. The sources do not say where he lives today.

He studied German language and literature before music took over. His breakthrough came in 2013 with "Fani Money", recorded with the collective Kiša metaka, which made him one of the best-known names of the new Croatian trap wave.

His albums followed one another quickly: Šarena močvara bezakonja 2 in 2019, Mercedes City in 2020, Ivan in 2021 and Mercedes City 2 in 2025. In 2021 he also started his own label, Fallo da Solo. He fills big rooms in Zagreb: in February 2023 he played a sold-out Tvornica kulture, a year after he had first launched himself on the same stage.

The playlist gathers his tracks as released, from "Mercedes City", "Bože moj" and "Klip mi je pun" to "Dalmacija Tunis", "Air Max" and the newer remixes.
