Ana Kabashi

Ana Kabashi is a pop singer from Kosovo. She was singing long before television made her known, and she has said that her link with music goes back much further than her first big stage; her sister Arta Kabashi is a singer too.

The two sisters started out together on the talent show Albanians Got Talent in 2010. Three years later Ana took part in The Voice of Albania 3, which she has called a great push towards a career. In April 2016 she entered Çelësi Muzikor 10 with the song "Kam me t'dasht" and was declared the winner of that edition.

Since then she has sung at live evenings in towns all over Kosovo and worked with composers in Albania on new songs. Her releases include "Na thej", the ballad "Bye Bye", which entered The Top List, and "Ma shumë", which took her into house music. She sang "Je e vetmja dashuri" with Getinjo, and with Arta she recorded the pop duet "Tdu hala" and "Jena shqipe", released on 28 November 2023, for which the sisters wrote the lyrics themselves.

In December 2022 she was one of the housemates of the first season of Big Brother VIP Kosova, where she was listed as a musician from Peja and stayed for about forty days. She also hosts the interview podcast AmorFati, in which she talks with musicians, actors and other public figures from Kosovo.
