Minea

Minea, born Renata Končić on 17 September 1977 in Zagreb, is a Croatian pop singer and radio and television host. She grew up in Zagreb's Dubrava district and has released six studio albums and two compilations, with platinum, gold and silver sales in Croatia.

She sang in the school choir from her first year at school, and as a teenager she was in the rock band Kontesa Nera. In 1994 she was chosen to replace Vlatka Pokos as the singer of Srebrna krila, and there the manager Boris Šuput saw her potential as a solo artist. In March 1995 she sang "Good boy" by Daniel Popović and Željko Pavičić at Dora, and Croatia Records released her first mini album that year.

From 1996 she worked with Tonči Huljić. Her album Vrapci i komarci (1996) brought "Vrapci i komarci" and "Uberi ljubicu", and "Sija sunce" won her the newcomer of the year award at Melodije hrvatskog Jadrana. E, pa neka! (1997) had "E, pa neka", "Lasta, lastavica", "Magla" and "Ako ovo je kraj"; then came "Malo fali" and "Rano" (1998), "U ponoć pozvoni" and "Bit će bolje" (1999), the album Mimo zakona (2000) and Kad smo...ono, znaš (2001), which went gold with "Da me 'oće Stipe", "Hej, ljubavi" and "Pod tvojim prstima".

After the compilation Sve najbolje (2003) and the album Sve u četiri oka (2004) she kept singing at festivals at home and at Sunčane skale, where she sang "Kap" in 2007. "Još si moj" (2008) became one of her biggest hits, and "Jedno" (2011), written again with the Huljićs, reached number five on the national chart. In 2014 she toured with Ivana Banfić and Ella as "90's party" and took part in the first season of Tvoje lice zvuči poznato.

The Best Of Collection followed in 2015, with a duet with Giuliano. From 2015 to 2025 she hosted IN Magazin on Nova TV, and in January 2026 she joined Happy FM radio. Minea's playlist here is the music video playlist of her official channel, from "Vrapci & komarci" to her newer duets with Nika Zorjan and Marija Mikić.
