Urban Instinkt

Urban Instinkt is a hardcore band from Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, playing under that name since 2010. It is on Muzika-Balkan under Bosnia because it was formed in Tuzla and is still a Tuzla band, touring from there across the region and Europe.

The band made its name with guests from the Bosnian rap scene. In 2016 it released the video "Daj joj keš" with Edo Maajka, and its debut album, Spreman sve da dam, came out on Menart in 2019 with Frenkie and Edo Maajka as guests; "Ustani i kreni", the song with Frenkie, got a video the same year.

Between 2020 and 2022 came the singles "Bijes", "Istinom sam vođen", "Anarhija", "100 Days" and "U.I.", and in July 2022 the second album, Bijes, again on Menart and produced by Dražen Kecman. In April 2023 Urban Instinkt set off on its first European tour, starting in Italy, reached the final of the Wacken Metal Battle in June and played the EXIT festival in Novi Sad in July.

The line-up has changed several times. The first singer, Alija Mrkonjić, left in 2013, and Tarik Šukalić sang from 2020 to 2022; guitarist Edo Muminović played from 2013 to 2022 and drummer Goran Ligić from 2010 to 2020. Today the band is Mirza Čardžić on bass and vocals, the guitarists Mirza Mita Halilagić and Ivan Nikić, who joined in 2023, and Sead Hadžić on drums. The playlist is the band's own channel: the videos, the album Bijes and many live shows.
