Trula Koalicija

Trula Koalicija is a Serbian punk rock and hardcore band, formed in 1986 in Kragujevac. Its founders were singer Predrag Drčelić, guitarist Saša Vujić of KBO! and drummer Slobodan "Boban" Vujić. Drčelić and Saša Vujić had met at the Faculty of Law.

Their first recordings, "Berlinski čovek" and "Prijatelj da budeš", appeared on a Phantom Tapes compilation in 1987. The self-released debut album Trula Koalicija followed in 1988, then Sećanja (1989) and Ne izlazi iz stroja (1990). Bassist Dragan Cvetanović, also from KBO!, joined after the third album. Plakao sam kad je pala Sekuritatea came out in 1992, Pogled u nebo in 1994 and the live album Live at KST in 1996.

Ubiće nas promaja (1998, Češnjak Records) was the band's first album on CD. The same year "Vrsta", "Američki san" and "Ti" appeared on the compilation Svi protiv svih; "Američki san" is a cover of a Bad Religion song and got its own video. A 1995 show at the ZGAGA festival in Slovenia ended after about fifteen minutes when a motorcycle gang disrupted it.

Trula Koalicija split in 2002 and came back in 2005 with bassist Dule of Boneyard and the single "Mali mozgovi". In 2009 Miloš Topalović took over from Drčelić, and at the end of 2014 the band released the single "Dosada".
