About Tiho Orlić
Tiho Orlić is a Croatian pop-rock singer, songwriter, producer and arranger, born in Split on 16 November 1976. He studied at the Josip Hatze music school in Split and formed his first band while still at secondary school, which gave him his first experience of studio work.
From 1996 to 2015 he worked with Marko Perković Thompson as a backing singer, arranger and producer, playing hundreds of concerts at home and abroad. His first solo appearance was at the Melodije Mostara festival in 2000, where he sang "Daleko je". His first album, Tiho, came out in summer 2004 on Croatia Records, and seven of its songs won awards at festivals; it includes "Opasno je ljubiti", "Ostani", "Dobra vila" and "Ženit ću se".
In 2013, at the suggestion of Croatia Records, he signed again as a solo artist. New singles followed, among them "Neraskidivo", "Takva je ljubav prava", sung at the Split Festival in 2013, "Sve si dalje", "Moja ljubavi" and "Uspomene"; at the 2015 Split Festival he sang "Blagoslovljena". All of them went onto his second album, Neraskidivo, released by Croatia Records in late 2017 together with "Ne postoji nijedan način da te zaboravim", "Tisuću sutona", "Slijedi me" and "Srce kameno".
Alongside his own work Tiho Orlić took on the role of music producer of the Split Festival. He has since sung at Melodije Jadrana, with "Strast" in 2024 and "Priznaj zoro" in 2026, and recorded "Najbolja kad je najteže" with Opća opasnost. He has worked with makers of music equipment such as Dunlop Strings, Warwick and Dean Guitars, and is a frequent guest of the NAMM show in Anaheim, California.
