Sound Attack

Sound Attack was a Slovenian dance-pop group founded in 1997 by Simon Šurev and singer Pika Božič. Their music mixed dance, house and pop with Slovenian lyrics.

They went to the Slovenian Eurovision selection EMA twice, both times with songs composed by Šurev and with words by Pika Božič. In 1998 "Zakaj odšel si" finished eighth with 1,628 telephone votes, and in 1999 "Kje si zdaj" came eleventh.

Sound Attack released three albums: Sound Attack (1998), Sound Attack II (2000) and 24/7 (2003). Their hits included "Le tebe še hočem", "(Oh Baby) Jaz hočem te", "Ko te ni" and "Svet vrti se". After Pika Božič left for a solo career, the last line-up of the group was Šurev with singer Špela Buda.
