About Natali Dizdar

Natali Dizdar is a Croatian pop and R&B singer. She was born in Zadar in August 1984 and grew up in nearby Sukošan, where she went to music school, so she is on this site as a singer from Dalmatia. In 2011 she graduated from the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences in Zagreb as a professor of social pedagogy.

In the autumn of 2020 she moved to London for her partner William. She told tportal in 2021 that the move was not permanent and that she would live at two addresses, in London and in Croatia.

She first came to the public on the Nova TV talent show Story Supernova Music Talents in 2003. Her first single, "Ne daj", was entered at the 2004 Split festival, became a radio hit and won the Zlatna koogla award for song of the year. Her debut album, Natali Dizdar, came out on Croatia Records in May 2005 and went gold, and she won the Porin for best debut. On her first albums she worked with Matija Dedić, Arsen Dedić and Coco Mosquito, and her sound mixed pop with jazz.

Her second album, Pronađi put (2009), went to number one in Croatia. In 2012 she released ZKM Live, a concert album with Darko Rundek as her guest. "Grijeh" (2013) and "Iluzionist" (2014) opened her next chapter, which led to the album Iluzije (2017), with "Nećeš me, zar ne" and its English version "Pills".

Since 2020 she has also sung in BETI, a project with the band Mayales, which released the EP Već smo bili tu in 2022. Her own EP Blues po kišnim plažama followed in 2023. In September 2024 the album Zadnji dan ljeta came out on Aquarius Records and reached number 2 in Croatia. Since then she has released duets with Z++, Mladen Badovinac and Nipplepeople, and the singles "Drugi dan" and "Magija".
