About Marin Jurić-Čivro

Marin Jurić-Čivro is a Croatian singer from Virovitica who rose to fame on the first season of The Voice Hrvatska in 2015, where he finished third. Since then he has released his own songs and an album and has twice sung at Dora, the Croatian selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.

His blind audition on 7 February 2015 was Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine". Two judges turned, Indira Levak and Ivan Dečak, and he chose Dečak as his coach. In the battle round on 7 March he sang U2's "One" against Azra Kuštrić Skender and went through to the live shows, where he sang Jeff Buckley's "Hallelujah", Damir Urban's "Mjesto za mene" and Deep Purple's "Soldier of Fortune". In the semi-final on 18 April he sang Hozier's "Take Me to Church", and in the final "Tango" together with Dečak, before singing his audition song once more.

His debut single, "Dobro jutro svima", came out on 16 June 2015. In 2020 he went to Dora with "Naivno", and at the end of that year he released his debut album, Pjesme za tebe. Besides "Naivno" it holds "Zima", a duet with Nina Kraljić released by Universal Music Croatia, "Još uvijek", "Pjesma za tebe", "Bezdan", "Tvoj lik", "Nije dovoljno" and "Vjetar", along with acoustic versions of "Mjesto za mene" and "Falling Slowly".

He returned to Dora in 2025 with "Gorjelo je", a song by his former coach Ivan Dečak. His more recent singles include "Krijesnica", "Kao vatra", "Sjaj" and "Tamo", sung with Adriana Vidović. The playlist here is the official videos playlist from his own channel.
