About Jakov Jozinović
Jakov Jozinović is a Croatian pop singer, born on 27 September 2005 in Vinkovci, in eastern Slavonia. He is on Muzika-Balkan as a Croatian artist born and raised in Croatia. He now studies at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb; the sources do not say more about where he lives.
Music runs in the family: his mother is a cousin of the pop singer Minea, who is also his godmother. As a boy he sang in the television talent shows Zvjezdice, in 2018, and later Supertalent. He first became widely known for his covers of songs by Đorđe Balašević, Zdravko Čolić and Oliver Dragojević.
His own songs then took off at once. "Polje ruža", released in 2025, went to number one on both the Croatian HR Top 100 and Billboard's Croatia Songs chart, and "Ja volim" did the same in 2026. His debut album, Ja za čuda letim, came out on the KSV label on 14 June 2026 and even entered the Austrian Ö3 chart at number 34. From it, "Raj" topped the Billboard Croatia chart, "Nećeš spavati" reached number 3 and "Meri" number 5.
In 2026 he won the Porin for best new artist. The same year he lent his voice to King David in the Croatian dub of the animated film David.
The playlist follows the album from start to finish: "Polje ruža", "Na mjestu mom", "4 laste", "Meri", "Voljela bi to", "Raj", "Nećeš spavati", "Stol za dvoje", "Ja volim" and the title song "Ja za čuda letim".
