Domenica

Domenica Žuvela, known simply as Domenica, is a Croatian pop singer born on 8 November 1992 in Vela Luka. She has been releasing music under her own name since 2017.

Before going solo she sang backing vocals for Tonči Huljić & Madre Badessa Band, the music project of the composer Tonči Huljić, and she announced her departure from the band in early 2017. Her debut single "Kad sam s tobom" came out on 3 July 2017 and was performed at the 57th Split Festival, where it won the award for best newcomer. The second single, "Vidi se iz aviona", became her first song on the Croatian singles chart of the Croatian Phonographic Association.

At the 58th Split Festival she and Damir Kedžo won with the duet "Mi protiv nas". On 17 January 2019 she was announced as one of the sixteen acts of Dora 2019, the Croatian selection for Eurovision, with "Indigo"; she performed tenth and finished 13th. On 9 December 2019 she presented her first album, Ćiribu ćiriba, at a newly opened club in Zagreb. Of its eleven songs, nine had already been released as singles.

After the pandemic she went on releasing singles, among them "Zovi", "Medenjak", "A meni vruće" and "Di si da se volimo". She sang "Jedna na sto" at Melodije Jadrana in 2023 and "Navij na najjače" there in 2024, and in 2023 she took "Control Freak" to the CMC festival. Domenica returned to the CMC festival in 2025 with "Stracciatella", featuring the rapper Ante Cash. Her latest videos include "Prva ljubav, prva bol", "Pravo lice" and, in 2026, "Pinokio" and "Muško klasično".
