Podočnjaci

Podočnjaci are a Croatian group from Kutina who mix hip-hop, house, trap, drum and bass and alternative pop. Their songs have fast rhythms, catchy choruses, love stories and a good dose of humour, and within a few years they became favourites of the Croatian alternative scene.

The group started in 2020 with the singers Sinista Ruky and beachboy19 and the producer Nix K, who makes the music and also sings. Their first single, "Snađi se", came out that year, followed by "Pozeru", "Tekst" and "Šiške". The debut album Ispod očiju was released on the Yem label in July 2021, and "Šiške" and "Papuče" brought them a wider audience. In 2021 they were nominated for artist of the year at the Rock&Off awards.

In spring 2022 they sold out their first headline concert at Tvornica kulture in Zagreb, and the same year they played the Zagreb Beer Fest, Dani piva in Karlovac and Beat na moru and released Brzi EP, Intro EP and Remix Pack I. "Pucamo", "I opet" and "Predsoblje" kept the singles coming. In 2023 the single "Laboratorij", with a video directed by Eva Basta, led into a summer of festivals: Sea Star, Drito in Osijek and Exit.

"Zalazak" (2023) and "Tvoje oči" (2024) prepared their second album, Kako se riješiti Podočnjaka, released on 17 January 2025. "Žvaka" followed in 2025, and in 2026 "Koliko je sati?", "Dopamin" and "Valentino Rossi" with Iggy Biznis.
