About Nina Donelli

Nina Donelli, born Nina Vodušek in 1997 in Poljčane, is a Slovenian-born pop singer who sings only in Croatian and is popular in both Croatia and Slovenia. Under her own name she first recorded Slovenian songs, "Moj ati" and "Moja mami", and "Jaz pa štejem dneve le" with Alfi Nipič.

In early 2014 she began working with the Serbian songwriter Dušan Bačić and released her first Croatian single, "Zašto cure boli glava". "Nina zovu me" followed in 2015, and in 2016 four more singles: "Šalajdalaj", "Moje tijelo", "Zapalit ću klub" and "Primitivac negativac". With "Primitivac negativac" she made her debut at the CMC Festival in Vodice in 2016, and the jury gave her the award for the best debutante. She returned to Vodice in 2017 with "Ako ako".

Her first album, Glazba, ljubav, život, came out on Croatia Records on 17 January 2017, and the same year brought "Propala veza", "Božić je tu", "Na moj rođendan", "Glumica" and "Bogati tata", a duet with the Serbian rapper Djomla KS. In 2018 she released "Luda večer" with Milo Stavros, "Dalmatino" and "Ljubav nema kraj".

In 2019 "Jaka sam žena" with DJ Dady was followed by "Genijalno" with Tarapana Band, which reached number 9 on the Croatian HR Top 40, and "Mili", which reached number 39. "Ima da te nema", recorded right after the 2020 lockdown, reached a million listeners in about three weeks, and in 2020 she also sang "Samo jedna je Dalmacija" with Mladen Grdović.

Later songs include "Žali nas more" with Giuliano and "Zadnji put" with Klapa More (2021), "Lude noći" and "Ela ela" (2022) and "Slobodna" (2023).
