KEXI

KEXI is the stage name of Elvis Šehović, a Bosnian rapper born on 11 February 1987. He writes, arranges and mixes most of his songs himself, and he has edited many of his own videos.

His first album, To mora da je Kexi, came out in 2011 and was sold on iTunes; he put its eleven songs on his own YouTube channel, among them "Sejkaj", "Spasi me", "Tresi, tresi", the title song and the bonus track "Daj daj dodaj". The same year he was the guest on "I'm Not Your Toy" by the singer Jennie. In 2016 he featured on MC Damiro's singles "Kada nekog voliš" and "Ferrari dijamanti", released by IDJTunes, and in 2017 on "Sve mi nudi" by Selma Bajrami.

From 2018 his own singles came out on Balkan Giants, a company registered in Sweden, each with a video. He opened with two duets with the singer Dijana Bliznac, "Južni pol" and "Top Notch", composed with SOne, then released "Tajna", "Sine moj", "Ode glava" and "Noćas bićeš moja", the last composed with Haris Ramanović. "Jaka k'o Ajax" followed in 2019, as did "Du är den", a song with a Swedish title made with Denis Alić, and "Solarna" in 2021, which he wrote, arranged, mixed and mastered alone.

Those videos have found a large audience: "Sine moj" and "Top Notch" have each passed two million views on YouTube, and "Južni pol" and "Tajna" more than a million. The playlist here gathers all of them.
