Petar Punk

Petar Punk are a Croatian punk rock band from Bjelovar who have been shaking the underground scene since 2007. Their songs are short, loud and full of black humour, about politicians, broken lives and the violence of everyday society.

The band's first albums were Mala noćna polucija (2007), Kratko ali glupo (2009) and Per anus ad astra (2012), followed by the EP ...još kraće i još gluplje... with songs such as "Freud i ja", "Ulice", "Idite doma" and "Opasan".

In 2016 the single "Šamari" announced a new album, with a video made from concert footage from Pula, Zagreb, Bjelovar, Belgrade and Vienna. That album, Javi kojim vlakom odlaziš, came out in April 2018. It was recorded in 2017 and 2018 by the drummer Vedran Pavin, who also mixed it and made its cover, and it features Zoran Prodanović Prlja of Let 3 as a guest singer on "Ha Ha Ha". Most of the lyrics are by the singer Zoran Budimir Buby; songs such as "043", "Inat", "Mordor" and "Kaže mi frend..." come from it.

The line-up on the album and on the newest songs is Zoran Budimir Buby on vocals, Marko Dragičević and Perica Margetić on guitars, Ante Cikoja on bass and Vedran Pavin on drums. In 2026 they released "Obje strane" and "She", and they keep playing clubs across the region, such as Palach in Rijeka.
