About Kadir Nukić

Kadir Nukić is a folk singer from Bosnia and Herzegovina, born on 17 February 1964 in Zvornik. He sings emotional love songs in the classic narodna style with modern arrangements, and his precise, controlled voice is often compared with that of Šaban Šaulić.

His professional career began at the end of the 1990s. His debut album, Noćas moram biti fin, came out on Intakt Records in 1999, and its title song became his first big hit; the album also included "Srce mi je kockar", "Tu je ona" and "Mirisne noći". The ballad "Kazna" ("Kleo bih te izdajice moja") followed in 2005, and in 2009 Renome released the album Kad bi pola moga bola, with "Gdje je moja srodna duša", "Najljepši svatovi", "Kalendar" and the duet "Gdje li spava ljubav prava" with Himzeta Nukić. "Bez te žene sve je protiv mene" was a hit from a maxi single in 2013.

Later singles include "Crnooka" and "Sačuvaj osmijeh" (2015), "Žena heroj" (2016) and "Nemoj nikad ti da plačeš" (2018), and his albums have also come out on Gold Music.
