About Alija Hajdarević
Alija Hajdarević is a folk singer from Bosnia and Herzegovina who sings love songs about heartbreak in the narodna style. Little has been published about his life; his records tell his story.
His first album, Najdraža moja, came out on cassette on the Terra label in 1996, written and produced by Ibro Mangafić and arranged by Jasmin Mangafić, with "Oči plave" and "Bolujem i patim". Nisi me ni voljela followed on In Takt Records in 2001. Discogs credits Elvir Uzunović with most of its music, the arrangements and the production, and Ferus Mustafov plays saxophone and clarinet on it. The digital edition names Hajdarević himself as the lyricist of "Srušila si jedan život", and he also recorded "U godini jedan dan" by Muharem Serbezovski.
Ako za ljubav ne znaš came out on Gold Music in 2004, again produced mostly by Elvir Uzunović, with "Bila si mi sve", "Ljubavnica", "Lud sam za tobom", "Lažu me" and "Sudnji dan"; he composed "To nije fer" and "Mrva istine" himself, to words by Dragan Pejić Peja. The same year he was the guest on "Krio se - ne krio se" on Amelli's album Tiho noći. A self-titled album on VIP Production followed in 2006, produced by Goran Velinov Panča, with "Svetica", "Bliznakinje" and "Crna ženo". In 2021 he recorded "Crna ženo, oko plavo", by Igor Jotić and Nenad Nikolić Patalo, with the accordionist Zoran Paunović.
