Gužva u 16-ercu

Gužva u 16-ercu (Crowd in the Penalty Box) is a punk rock band from Osijek. Cheerful, fast and loud, they took their first cues from KUD Idijoti and Hladno pivo, and Osijek and its surroundings have been their home ground ever since.

The band has been playing since the first half of the 1990s. Early songs such as "Zijevanje" and "D.J. Materijalista" got music videos, and "Mene više nema", "Vođa plemena" and "Shupack" became the songs their audience waits for at every concert. In 2012 they released Je ne regrette rien on Geenger Records, their third album and their first in five years; tportal's reviewer called them cheerful, lively and energetic punk rockers and gave the record eight out of ten.

In June 2024 the band celebrated thirty years of work with a concert at Klub Palach in Rijeka, where they presented the album Smrtonosni zadah. Igor Dmitrić, known as Muto, wrote the music and words of their single "Idiot u loncu", a hard-hitting punk song about society, and directed its video, shot in Baranja and around Osijek; the band premiered it at a concert in Zagreb's Hard Place, and it announces their fifth studio album, planned for the end of 2027.
